the finley jr high school principal and every teacher and office district people make a very good job. i finsih my education in europe and the country teach my child. its very different family schdule because here the parents working and need a good time out and dont care abut there chldren, lets them do anything, and doesnt watch out on what they doo when there not in school. if the kids are smart and there parents care about them it doesnt matter what school they go to they finsih they will have agood job. thank you finley jr high teachers and workers and principal

As educators they have a lot to learn. Constructive criticism goes a long way. Instead, principals choose to browbeat and are accusatory without checking facts. They choose to ignore the real issues at hand. The plus is they are no longer in classroom teaching children. Add to this the low pay on certain positions you may want to look elsewhere for employment.

I hated this school! The principal dresses a bit inappropriately at times (ie. for a fundraiser, we could buy a normal shirt, and she got one and made it a v-neck) and there's a lot of students in each class, even 30. Some teachers are good, some are horrible. The major field trips are kind of bad compared to other schools: in 6th, a one night stay at Camp MacLean, in 7th, a short cruise with a dinner, and in 8th, a trip to Springfield. Here's the catch about Springfield: you wake up at 4 or 5 in the morning, get to school, and your parents pick you up at night. It's not even an overnight stay! Teachers focus a bit too much on test scores and Advisory is boring and unfair now. There isn't a lot of bullying, but when it happens, it's horrible. Overall, I hated this school.
