I'm so glad I was able to transfer my kids out of this place. This school is for bottom feeders. My son's ISAT scores were always excellent, but only because we worked with him at home. The work he brought home for "homework" was a joke. My younger son, in 5th grade, still had to write his times tables for homework -- it was a joke. He knew them but because the other kids didn't he had to write them at night. Finally I sent his VERY YOUNG teacher a note to tell her this was a waste of time.

I have been going to this school since kindergarten and the only bad thing I've seen from teachers I've had is an 8th Grade teacher that is now mine. She doesn't explain the material right and just yells at us.If we ask her for help she does the work without explaining it and than tells us she doesn't understand why we don't understand this and that it's 6th or 7th grade work that we didn't even learn the years before.Only person that helps us is the assistant in the back of the class helping others but she barely has time for us and goes with kids that really struggle.I and others have barely learned anything from her and we've had enough. Many students have tried to fire her but were unsuccessful. She is the only thing standing besides us and a good education.

How do you rate a school so high when its overall rating is 3 out of 10? Are you aware of how funds are being used for all expense paid travel for teachers and Principal to Las Vegas? You obviously are not looking at the total picture of the school. You've been duped, bamboozled and you don't even know it. Wake up and smell the coffee. You have to pay attention to what is happening in the overall school. It's not just about your children, but all children. Do something now!

I think that the Assistant Principal, Mrs. Lukic is one of the best administrators I've every meet. She cares about the students, works hard to keep them safe and is very professional when she talks to parents. She helps teachers to be the best they can be. She's a role model for all at that school.

My children are 10,9,6 and my older two have each been enrolled since kindergarten. I feel that every year they have grown with each year. I love the attention each one of my children are receiving even though there are many others my kids excel and I feel are being taught at a high standard that they might not recieve at another facility it is a safe and warm enviroment, it kind of leaves you knowing there safe and almost at home

The school needs much improvement with their specialized program. The needs of their students with special needs are not being meet in a timely nor appropriate manner. The staff needs to learn how to deal with the students in a way that they do not feel intimidated or less then others.
