I went to shoop over 30 years ago and it was a good school then and it has improved tremendously inside and out since then. My nephew goes there now and I am very impressed with his growth in learning since attending John D Shoop.

Shoop Academy of Math, Science & Technology is a excellent educational setting, I have a 8th grader as well as a 7th grader who attend. I believe that the instructional staff succeed in providing a foundation of exceptional curricula and instructional teaching.

This is my childs 1st year and she seems to be improving...the class size is much smaller than that of her previous school and the teachers seem to be really concerned with the students individual growth.

I have two children, one niece, one nephew, and two cousins who all attend this school. I believe the eaching staff at this school by far has to be the greatest in the city of Chicago. The quality of the teaching methods are excellent. The programs are top notch. This school,in my opinion, is the greatest school.
