I think this school would be okay if the students knew how to behave other than that this school is good [;

This school is bad because the students appearance is HORRIBLE and when the students came out there is police officers there and that's creepy.

I am a recent alumni that graduated june 2008. This school is an amazing and i recommend anyone and everyone to go to this school. I have had such a wonderful experience. The teachers are great and the students as well. You can join any team, club or program and will not be judged, discriminated against, or be made fun of while there. I was in JROTC and I was never made fun of for being in my green uniform. Many people think that being in JROTC they might be made fun of. Schurz has many wonderful activities and is a great school but because of all the negativity towards the school, many cannot enjoy.

Schurz really gets a bad rap. It's staff is solid, and there are so many things available, for students and parents to take advantage of, it's amazing. Unfortunately, parent involvement is minimal, and the students follow with a very apathetic attitude. The students that get involved get a great experience. Well worth the effort. Go BULLDOGS!

Schurz has many prestigious programs, including the Academy of Finance. It is a highly underrated school - any child who puts forth his best efforts will succeed here, and be helped along by caring faculty and administration.

Schurz is a great school - I should know, I'm a teacher here. The faculty is dedicated, and the students work hard. Our discipline is excellent, and the myraid of extracurricular activities offers everything from Finance Club to Italian Club.
