Very disappointed with the principal and some of the teachers here... Not worth spending your money here.

This place is full of self-centered hypocrits! I would never send my kid there! Priorities are all wrong.I'd rather home school.

This school has done great things for our children! They have not only had a great academic experience, but also have been encouraged spiritually. We are so thankful for MCA. When we were in need of tuition assistance , they went above and beyond to help our family out. The new leadership has made many improvements and is keeping up with today's standards of education. The public schools don't stand a chance against this school. Plus, this students in this school test in the 80th-90th percentile, that's amazing!

I love this school. As a parent, I find that the school holds rigorous and competative curriculum. That is fostered in a small and safe learning environment. As a Christian, I love how all the teachers are strong in their relationship with Christ and present that in their teaching. The teachers are great examples to the students and love the Lord. I could not find a warmer environment for my child to grow academically and spiritually. Oh.. and exel physically as well, since two gym periods are offered per week and daily recess in encouraged!

The academic and discipline of the school has really decreased over the years. There is a lot of bullying in almost all grade levels and the administration is not addressing the problem. It is really a sad situation at the moment. The school hasn't improved their curriculum over the years and there is no differentiation of instruction. They need to restructure their curriculum to make it more hands-on and meeting 21st century expectations.

I love this school! Great academics plus it teaches great moral values and etiquette for every day living. The only con is that some students have some behavioral issues that needs to be addressed. Other than that I would continue sending my daughter there if finances permits.

Academics - beautiful, love it! But this school has a lot of authority issues caused by behavioral problems from the students. There is not a strong enforcement for discipline or increasing Christian behavior. Too much of public school behaviors.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.

What is the GreatSchools Rating?

The GreatSchools rating is a simple tool for parents to compare schools based on test scores, student academic growth, and college readiness. It compares schools across the state, where the highest rated schools in the state are designated as “Above Average” and the lowest “Below Average.” It is designed to be a starting point to help parents make baseline comparisons. We always advise parents to visit the school and consider other information on school performance and programs, as well as consider their child's and family's needs as part of the school selection process.
