San Miguel has to be the best learning enviornment a parent could ask for. My son was struggling in the general public school setting and along came San Miguel. The teachers and the princple helped him to believe in his self and help us as his parents to see the potiental that was locked away inside of him. The love that he needed from the princple down to the lunch lady was there for him. My son was part of the FIRST graduating class from the Gary comer campus something the public schools said he would never do then to top it off he graduated from high school in 3years after he applied what he learned from San Miguel to his High School studies...Thank you San Miguel for all you continue to do. I am a grad from San Miguel Gary Comer Campus. San Miguel is the Heart and soul of the Austin community. Its a hidden secret that I most tell. They perpare you for the future ahead. They have dicipline and love. YES!!! love San Miguel is a school that cares and I know that first hand. I get emotional at the thought of how I much they helped me. They gave me something no one else could and that was hope. Hope to do something, hope to be someone. Thats what a community like Austin needs. The children to believe in themselves instead of thinking their lives are worthless. This is Dominique the Valenvictorian of class of 2008 and I speak for my class and say Thank you San Miguel for having faith in us.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
