There is a huge bullying problem that goes on at Reagan Middle School but not too much is done about it.

I would give Reagan Middle School no stars. Heaven forbid a child makes a mistake when they first go to Reagan because it will never be forgotten or forgiven. The support staff needs to realize they are just that, they are not the teachers, principals or school board. The didtrict would do well saving some money getting rid of a few. (support staff: clerical, someone sitting in detention rooms (why don't teachers still do that?) etc.

I don't have any good feelings for this school, my son has been here for two years and last year the teachers did not seem very concerned with his lack of attention until the last two weeks of school, it is hard to work on a problem when you only have two weeks left, i think, atleast. The focus seems to be more on the teachers getting out of the door as soon as possible, than helping kids to understand things they are not getting after school.

As a parent, I do not reccommend this middle school at all. My son was bullied here constantly. Alot of the kids are very snotty. As for the teachers, some teachers are amazing, others are bad.

A whole bunch of parents are involved at RMS. There are advanced programs such as challenge, math, science, language arts, algebra and social studies. There is basketball for boys and girls, scholastic bowl, track, choir, volleyball, student council, builders club, yearbook, and newspaper. There is a career technology class. The only bad part about it is the food. There isn't really a lot of bullying, no more than any other mediocre school has. It's a great school with great people. I would know because this is my 4th year of being a student there.(8th)

Students are not at all well behaved.Bullying is a huge problem. There are however good athletics. With such a large volume of students behavior is hard to manage.

Reagan Middle School in Dixon Illinois is a great school because the teachers and principals are caring, happy, and just love to teach. The students are very nice too.
