I was very impressed with Okaw Valley when I had the chance to substitute teach there last winter. The administration has the school running very well (the students treated me very well, and I was a sub!), and I was very impressed with the caliber of the teachers that I had the chance to work with there. Both Findlay and Bethany are nice, small, and safe towns for raising a family (although, there isn't a lot to do in either town, but if you like a slow, leisurely pace of life surrounded by friendly people, either town will work for you).
