GCS provides a Christ-centered education with loving teachers and small classes. It provides the third leg for a Christian family - home/church/school. The phonics based reading program is excellent. Parent involvement is encouraged & I know what is going on with my son because of the great two-way communication. They have a good web site for more info: www.galesburgchristian.com
We are so blessed to be part of the GCS family! They have competely surpassed our expectations! Our daughter was reading in K4 and has become such a sweet, caring little girl. The lessons they are teaching her will really help shape her as a person and are not lessons she would have learned at a public school. The teachers and staff really love our children and that makes an enormous difference!
This school is wonderful. The teachers and staff are very caring. The education my daughter receives is outstanding. The smaller class sizes make it easier to go on field trips and adventures. My daughter has learned so many good values. It is well worth it.
Galesburg Christian School is the best school my family and I have been involved with. My daughter loves it. It is so much better woth the small class settings and the teachers are able to keep an eye on everything. The parent involvenent is outstanding , the best I have seen so far in a school. No other school can compare to this school by far.
The academics at GCS are by far the best available in our area. No other school in the Galesburg area, public or private, has the quality of reading program that GCS has. If it is acadmeics that you are searching for, look no further. I have two children enrolled at GCS. My four year old is READING! I cannot believe so much can be done to start kids reading so early! GCS is a safe, caring environment for oue children. When children feel safe, secure, and loved, they can accomplish great things. You can check out the academic performance of GCS on the school's website: http://www.galesburgchristian.com I would strongly encourage you to see for yourself what a quality investment an education at Galesburg Christian School can be. It will pay of for the entire life of your children. There is no more impartant thing you can do for your kids!
I have two children in school and I have tryed to get in to this school every sence I knew public school wasnt for my children I feel this is a Good school everyone has one goal and that is that every child have a good christan education where everyone is somebody and christ is all I thank God for this school and pray that we get 9-12 grade back I want my children to keep the good christan values the school and I have tought them I am afraid that if they go back to public school it wont be the same so any one that reads this pray that we can get 9-12 grades back I belive if we all pray together anything can happen.
