Teaching staff is one of the most dedicated staff I have seen in my last 10 years of service in this district. Teachers and teaching assistants go out of their way to help students to learn. Students are eager to come to school. Atmosphere in the school is much conducive for learning and it reflects upon their performance and general behavior.

The class 5th has been awesome for my daughter as there is a pressure for overall development of the student. There is a good spirit of competition among the students which strive them to achieve higher grades in the class. I have never been so much satisfied with my daughter schools until we found Woodland.

Woodland has a beautiful, functional, new school with motivated teachers. My 2 children in the system have been through 3 different buildings so far. We like the attention our children get, and are impressed with the education recieved. Scores for the school are very good, and much better than ten years ago. This is a progressive district that strives for excellence, and I'm proud to say my children learn here. If your children excel here, they can excel anywhere. There are many programs and features in a large school district that smaller surrounding schools can't match.

I think woodland is a great school. Parents can get involved and the teachers are great. My kids are reading and working at much higher levels then some of the surrounding schools.

My children are in 2 different location. Teachers are to new and need to have more of a back bone in them and not be pushed over by the school board and administration. They do not care about the childrens learning and they cut programs. They have 4 different school and have to pay the high salaries instead of have one school and o big salary. To many office staff which they could cut and use the money for the extra programs.

My children are in 3 of the 4 schools. Teachers and support staff are great. The board and administration are horrible. They cut teachers and programs like reading recovery ect. They care more of pretty buildings and paying high salaries to the big dogs. If your main concern is pretty looks and high paid pencil pushers, this is the place to be. They said they saved money by going to a bus service I am all for it. Did they give us our programs and our teachers back? No! But the big boys got a big big hike in their pay.
