Love it! Great caring students! Weekly principal and teacher letters to let you know what is going on. The principal sends out notes when a concern needs to be addressed. The parents and parish is very involved.
Very good education recieved
Instruction for special needs is not available, so it is handed off to the public schools to deal with. This inflates the St. Paul standardized testing results and drags down the public school district standardized testing results. The principal's leadership and ethics are marginal. Foments and participates in circulation of rumor and inuendo.
My family has experienced many different schools and St. Paul is by far the best. The class size is small, so students get a great deal of individual attention. Academics are challenging and students score high on standardized tests. Discipline is outstanding, promoting success in all areas. When we first looked at schools, when asking about St. Paul, the comments were all positive, and most all said that the students who came from this school 'stood out among the rest!'
Good school overall, only dissatisfaction is the disbandment of the parent teacher association.
The quality of education at St. Paul School is outstanding. The teachers are very dedicated, highly educated, caring people. Standardized test scores at St. Paul reflect the achievement levels of the students. St. Paul provides an excellent art program where the students learn a great deal about the artists, various forms of art, art of different eras, and they learn to appreciate art. Music is available to all students, chorus in grades 5-8. St. Paul has a great band and the beginning band starts in 4th grade. They offer softball/baseball, volleyball, track, and basketball to any student interested in playing. They offer many different extracurriculars such as Model UN, Spelling Bee, Geography Bee, Math Contest, Jr. Olympiad, Student Council and a host of others. There is something for everyone! Parental involvement is very high. Parents know what is going on at this school, and have many opportunities to take part.
