I think Conant is a great school. I've been here for two years and the work is great, all the courses are fit to however you need them.

Not only am I a CHS student, but through my involvement in many extracurricular activities, I am also a leader in my school. The students tend to know more about what is going on than the faculty, and the administration rarely has a clue. If parents want to know what is going on, and they can't get it out of their student, then they will have to do some major digging to get knowledgable answers out of administration.

About the tests

In 2011-2012 Illinois used the Prairie State Achievement Examination (PSAE) to test students in grade 11 in reading, math and science. The PSAE is a standards-based test, which means it measures how well students are mastering specific skills defined for each grade by the state of Illinois. The goal is for all students to score at or above the state standard.
