Kell Grade School

I have two children which attend Kell Grade School, and I think this school is wonderful. It has the down-home atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff. The class sizes are smaller, so the kids have more one-on-one with their teachers for any help. It's amazing how the parents work together for fundraisers to better the extra-curricular activities. I would highly recommend this school.

I have 3 children in Kell Grade School. I believe that this school is great! The staff is very effective. Also, the teachers are Wonderful! If you have any questions, you can ask anyone for help. I appreciate everyone there. We are proud of our school!

I am speaking as a former employee and now a parent of 2 students in Kell Grade School. I do agree somewhat w/ the last review about the principal. However, he is no longer there and the new principal seems pretty good. At the recent PTO open house he was their greeting my husband and I which I found great since we are new to the school. I personally think Kell is a great school. I remember students I went to high school with that came from Kell and they all remained friends thru high school. I would love for my children to to grow up in this school where all the teachers know all the students by name.

I just have a couple of things to say about this school. One, the principal and Secretary are about the worst!! They have ran about 4 to 5 families out of the district since 2000. When we started in 1998 it was great, until they hired the new principal, he is not a people person, and thinks all women and children are dumb and belittles them. I was one of the familes who pulled my son out to send him to a private school, and what was so bad is the school is only a block from me and the private one is 20 miles. Most of the teachers are good, but they all have got attitudes now because of him. I do not recomend this school at all!
