As a parent you can't ask for anything more. A principal who cares and that means that the teachers care. A great learning environment my children never want to leave. A great family environment.

The small school enviroment lends itself to giving children a feeling of being special and heard instead of lost in the crowd of a larger school. Decent number of extracurricular activities considering it's size. Caring staff and principal that always make you feel welcome.

The staff here is wonderful. Lots of parent involvement and that is key. Good foundation for early education. Three year old preschool is absolutely wonderful. I've never met a more caring teacher. Principal is very involved and welcoming. Could use a little more innovation in upper grades to keep up to par with larger schools. Overall, a wonderful place to educate your child.

As new Parents into the school my Husband & I have found St. John's School & Church to be a wonderful learning environment for our son. His Teachers and Principal are just fantastic & work very hard at preparing him for 1st grade. He's doing an excellent job and has learned so much & he loves school!

As a parent, I love St. John Lutheran! My daughter felt very comfortable there. She has learned a lot in her Kindergarten class. She is looking forward to another exciting year with her friends!

We are very happy to have our children enrolled in St. John Lutheran School in Lansing, IL. The staff (from the Teacher's Aides to Administration and everyone in between) show nothing but support and leadership for the students. With the smaller class sizes, we can see the impact this has on our children's education. Our 4 year old is reading already! Our children feel at home in the school and look forward to being there daily. That's a lot to be said for young children. We are glad that we chose to have St. John be the foundation for our children's education.

Great school! It is the best school I have been to, and I have been to seven schools including the one I am at now! The kids do not misbehave much, the teachers are always happy to help, and the principal is always ready to help, too!
