Zion Lutheran School

I've observed my granddaughter as a student at ZLS. She is a happy student, very engaged, and producing excellent grades. She is well rounded and has exposure to many opportunities. The preparation she receives not only prepares her accademically, but also socially. The teachers are gracious, loving, and fair. When a child goes to school day after day and is always positive about his/her teacher, you must know this is an excellent staff. The core values of the Christian life are well lived out in this environment. She will remember these days as some of her very best.

This school has the worst teachers. Well 2 at least. They are way too strict about their stupid rules. They can make you sooo mad. Don't go here!

Zion Lutheran School is a caring, Christian school with excellent teachers and challenging academics. I would recommend Zion to anyone in the Lincoln, Illinois area. My three children attended Zion until we moved with my husband's job. We have not found the quality of education we left behind, and we miss the wonderful Christian teachers that were such a positive influence on all three of our children. I am convinced my children have good study skills and are doing well academically because of the good foundation they received at Zion.
