They not only teach the subject matter, but that Character Counts. They are interested in each and every student, look for the positive and strengths, do not allow negativism, are sensative to peoples disabilities.
The education program works wonders with the kids. The teachers are all dedicated not just to teach but the encouraging the children to enjoy learning. Most importantly, there is no bullying problems in the entire school!!!! How many schools can brag about that?
Best school ever experienced (we've moved and this is our 3rd grade schoolI). Outstanding leadership that focuses on creating a nurturing environment with the adults setting the best possible examples. No teacher politics or cliques. Every one is top notch and the principal is a true visionary. Her focus on the students, and her empathy for their needs, is the best I've ever seen. My child LOVES school here.
Academic: targets lower learners & has a gifted program. Music: 2 times a week as well as end of year program. Sports: teacher run, such as basketball in mornings before school, small fee. Art: 1 time a week. Student council involvment. Homework Lab: Volunteer Middle School students come to help students that stay afterschool Mon - Thur. PTA: does alot for students and teachers. This school is a very friendly, feel at home kind of school. Parents are welcome in the school. Lunchroom is run very smoothly. I have a daughter that has gone their Kdg-5th. A son in 4th now. We were going to move. Will wait until son completes 5th grade. Wonderful School! So much more to brag about, not enough room to leave more!
