Academic focus and philosophy

Educational philosophy and approach to learning Sacred Heart School complies with the policies issued by the Diocese of Joliet Catholic Schools Office in all its curricular matters. Continuous progress exists throughout the school in areas of textbooks and concept continuity. Students have six hours of formal instruction daily. This includes religion, language arts, reading, social studies, mathematics and science. Fine arts, physical education and computer classes are also conducted.
