After extensive research in the west and south suburbs we have found Noonan Academy to be far superior in the areas of religion and academics than other schools we visited and interviewed. Although the tuition is quite a bit higher than other private schools it is well worth very penny to have the piece of mind that my children are at the best place they could be. The staff is caring, excellent and unlike any other. We feel so blessed to have discovered this academy!

Noonan Academy is top notch in every respect. I have 3 children at the Academy and have been there for 7 years now. I am most impressed with how well formed the children are in their faith. I went to 12 years of Catholic school learned more from my children in the first year at NEA than I did in 12 years!! This school has strengthened my own faith and brought my family to a stronger, happier, and healthier place. Well worth the investment in your child's future!!!!!

I absolutely love this school! We have three children, ages 11, 9 and 7. We feel Noonan's dedicated principals, teachers, staff and volunteers are totally commited to giving our children an encouraging start on a bright future. I couldn't imagine sending my children anywhere else. When your children enjoying going to school - what more can you ask for?

We've had children at Noonan for over five years. While we've appreciated the family oriented Christian environment and values-based curriculum, as our children entered middle school, we became more aware of the need for the school to strengthen its language (Spanish) and science offerings. These are two areas where the school is not competitive with the public junior high schools in the area. However, it has the best drama club for middle school in Illinois!

It is an excellent school in two ways. One, the spiritual formation is authentic, faithful to the Magisterium, and at the core of the mission of the school. Secondly, the academics are superior. They are carefully chosen. The student's needs are met, whether they are at an AP level or in need of assistance. Our family has been there now for 9 years. The school is wonderful- from the top down; the principles and teachers are moral people who instill a sense of virtue in our children. The parents are kind, genuinely interested, and very self giving.

This school really has it all. Yes Orland school system is good. What really gets me is the outstanding education coupled with the following fact.Knowing that once my kids reach jr high they will only be around clean cut quality kids . I have seen some of those kids at the public school and no thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Every day I drop my children off I am confident that the school will continue to implement the values I set at home that are often put aside in society today. My first grader went into KDG a non-reader and in now fluet at the end of her first grade year with 3rd grade reading material. My preschool child is reading basic sight words but more importantly has the phonimic base necessary to begin reading. The teachers go above and beyond and always treat the children with respect and dignity. They model everything in the way they treat others. As long as I can afford to send my children to NEA I will do so. I am thankful for the morals, ethics and solid academic foundation they give to the children.

I attended this school from first grade all the way through 8th grade graduation. Although (from a kid's point of view) the rules put in place here may seem unimaginable, they are in fact not so bad after they are gotten used to and very necessary. The teachers here really do care about the students' success (after all, public schools around her have better pay, and teachers could choose to teach there; most teach here because they want to be able to care about the kids). The parent involvement is also wonderful, as most parents are involved in after-school activities and love helping out (i.e. drama club -- at least 95% volunteer work, probably more, and the shows they put on are great!). I would most definitely recommend this amazing school to anyone, especially if a Catholic/Christian enriched education is what you are looking for.

Great caring teachers and always keep parents abreast of child's activities in school. One of the best schools in the area.
