Overall, MHS is just okay. The academics are barely sliding by. The atmosphere can be negative at times because there are SO many kids who don't care about much of anything. However, we do have some awesome athletes and a great football team. Our athletics are really awesome. Our visual art department is alright, while our music and theater departments barely exist anymore. It's pretty clique-oriented here, but I guess that's anywhere.
A great community and awesome school district. I have two students in the school district and they love school and I feel they are receiving a quality educational experience. I also feel academics are stressed first with extra-curriculars ( sports ) etc. being of secondary importance. A great school district.
