I love Zion. The teachers there go above and beyond their regular 8 hour day in time and energy. They show a lot of movies, but they also are good at judging when their kids are tired and need a break. They have an excellent Easter and Christmas program with the focus on Christ (not Santa or the Easter Bunny). It is a small school with a small teacher/student ratio. Everyone feels accepted. Students with needs and disabilities receive the extra help needed. They use positive reinforcement. Students have to earn their grades and rewards (much like real life). If anyone feels differently, they need to discuss their concerns with the staff. They are very open, helpful, and pleasant to work with.
