This is a great school and they have always employed incredible teachers. I couldn't ask for a better place for my son and daughter. My son needs extra help and they had amazing programs in place to support him. He is very happy here. My daughter excels in certain subjects and they ensure she is working at her level with addition advanced programs to keep her interested.

The education your child will receive is top notch. The teachers are talented and committed. Socially, some of the administrators and teachers, cater to the many demands of a few overly competitive parents. Where they fail is in how they mix up the kids. Most of the "popular" kids are kept together from Kindergarten on. If you're looking for tolerance, inclusion and diversity, you might want to look elsewhere.

I am very thankful for the teachers, the administrators, the strength of the parent teacher organization, and the way that they all work as a team for the benefit of the children. There is a nice unity and diversity of ethnicity and faiths.

You just can't go wrong here! All the teachers are great. The specials(gym, music, and art) those teachers had some favorites, but we learned alot. If you are planning to move to naperville, choose this school! also, now i attend Madison Jr. High which is a great jr high choice.

This is an excellent school within the excellent community. We moved from Naperville 204 to Riverwoods community 2 years ago. It took my son a while to adjust himself when he was in the middle of 3rd grade. Half year later we asked him how do you like the school. He said he likes the teachers and classmates here better than his previous school. He also enjoys a lot in the band and is always proud of himself during the band performance show in Riverwoods school and his future Jr. High School: Madison. I strongly recommend Riverwoods community to the people who are going to buy the house in Naperville.

Excellent quality of education. Teachers are exceptional and class curriculum keeps students interested in learning. Parent involvement is strong. Children are able to start band or orchestra in grade 4, which is earlier than many other public school districts. I was very happy with my children's experience at this school. One negative: most music and band concerts are held at 1 pm on a school day, which caters more to stay-at-home moms. As a working mother, it involved me always getting out of work to see the programs, and my husband often missed them. I wish they had held the programs at night so both parents could attend. Other than that negative, I would strongly recommend this school to anyone considering buying a house in the area.
