I have a child with Asperger's..she is on the high end of Autism...she is very impulsive, not thinking before talking or doing something, she just acts no thinking about what may go wrong ..trouble with choices, decision making.Easy to take advantage of. (she wants to be accepted) improvement in social skills..boundaries..appropiate behavior in public,. Public school does not have a specific program for children in her situation..her grades are high so special ed isn't for her.She functions well with mainstream schoolwork ,, but does have sensory issues..she needs small class size hands on learning.therapy to help her learn positive skills ecetra..class with girls not a high ratio of boys to girls. WOULD like imput from parents who send their kid to this school. Example class size...learning enviroment...therapies..transition to public school?? Can just any kid go to this school ( gang member, fighting at school, kids just kicked out of public school for whatever?? I am at a roadblock with where to place her. PLEASE help

Krejci Academy is ideal for students who cannot fit into the traditional classroom or even special education classroom. I cannot speak to the Masion High School, but for special needs children who have autism or other emotional, behavioral, or developmental disabilities this could be the right place for them. Actually, many of the children who attend are not even from Naperville. They are from surrounding school districts who cannot get the services they need at their school district, so I have to respectfully agree with the previous poster.

we have a child with severe emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs. other schools would not even consider placing her in their program. Krejci was one of the few even willing to look at her. She needed help, and they were the ones willing to give it to her. I highly recommend this school for parents struggling to meet the needs of their children in the traditional school program.

I "graduated" from the Mansion. There is absolutely nothing to be learned here. The truth is, the misfits are just housed with the misfits. Put your kid in christian school, rather than here. They will learn NO academics and be surrounded with emotional basketcases.. which does not help. This school is just a place for Naperville to kick out the troubled kids and keep their GPA's high.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
