Excellent school. Excellent acedemics with extremely caring, devoted teachers and staff. Wonderful, welcoming atmosphere as well. Catholic school tuition is not inexpensive, but PCHS is worth every penny.
My son is a freshman at PCHS and sending him there was the best decision I have made. Having been in public schools all of his life, the involvement from the staff and the family atmosphere has made a big impact on him. This is a great school!!!! The alterntive - a Public school with over 4,000 students or the great environment at PCHS.....there is no comparison!
Let me start off by saying that PCHS is a great school. They are not overcrowded like Lockport is, so they don't need split schedules. Nearly every student is involved in atleast one extracurricular activity, and the parents are involved. They have excellent band and choir programs too. They value academics and athletics. Providence is superb!
i have sent 4 children to Providence. My son is set to graduate this June. i cant say enough about the school and staff of this great school. Excellent acedemics and athletics. Caring, involved faculty. best money I ever spent. (and we are not wealthy) I would not change a thing.
I LOVE Providence. Its the best school I have ever gone to. I love the family aspect and the care the teachers show towards the students! i strongly encourage attending PCHS!!!
Providence Has no leaders. I say that it is not worth any penny, my daughter and son went there and had no fun experience for there high school years the teachers were rude were never willing to help with extra credit or something to boosed up there grades if they were low. All i have to say is Providence is not the choice!
My child graduated this past May . The choice to send them to Providence was the lesser of 2 evils. It cost sooo much money and the students were worse there than at public school. Most of the students parents had money (I did not). The students were not as a 'good Catholic' would be and the parents were worse. Money talks and the rules are broken for those who hand it out to the corrrect 'hands' Run, run away from this school.
My daughter graduated from Providence. I was very upset by the lack of caring for the not so smart students. The teachers could of cared less if my daughter made the grade. Lots of money spent for not alot of learning
My oldest son, now a West Point cadet, graduated from Providence. He loved it. He got a great education. My youngest, who is dyslexic, is a junior. This is the happiest he has ever been in school. He gets accomodations and lots of personal attention from his teachers. It's a family oriented school with a growing band program and lots of athletic opportunities for every student.
My daughter is a sophomore and loves this school. The teachers and staff are wonderful and I couldn't say enough good things about this school. Superb academics and athletics. Students are very respectful and I have to say worth every penny I spent on her education.
