If your child plays a band instument, then this is the place to live. Liberty Jr High % Martino Jr. High and their feeder schools music program is run by two of the most awesome teachers. they also have an extremely talented staff. They are the reason why Lincoln Way Central's band is as awesome as college bands. Both Jr. Highs in New Lenox have provided such a great program that they enter high school band with more to offer than if they played for a different district. Julie

Liberty Jr. High is a fantastic school for children in the grades of 7 and 8th grade. The teachers are wonderful and amazing students. I like everything about the school, the Liberty sports tems are great but the dont give everyone an equal chance of being on the team. If the student is on a team and they try out for another team they automticaly make it. for example the hole 7th grade girls basketball team made the girls volleyball team and no one had a fair chance to actually try-out! As a mother of my daughter who made every volleyball team before and then don't make it makes me upset that these other girls try so hard and then they get rejected!
