Scale = 1 (poor) to 5 (very good) Teachers = 5. Great teaching skills and living examples of Christian values. Facilities = 4. Facilities are quite good for a private school. Students = 4. Little behavior issues that are common in public schools due to how teachers handle discipline and promote acceptable behavior. Rigor of Education = 3. CHA does not have a rigorous program, at least not up to Grade 2. The learning happens at a relatively easy pace. This is not to say students do not learn much, rather compared to other schools, they (especially the bright ones) are not challenged as much. Financial Management = 1. In my opinion, the board has not been transparent on the school s financial state. Despite assurances that budget projections were conservative, in the past two years, I received emails asking for donations to cover significant (six-digit sums) revenue shortfall. There is also a gym construction project that has been at a standstill since 2010. Tuition fees have gone up the past 4 years and I have not seen a plan to stabilize this trend. I have asked for financial statements, but got no reply, as such I questions on the school s long term financial health.

My daughter goes to this school, and loves it. She actually looks forward in going to school, and seeing and talking to her teachers, and she they listen, and are there for me anytime. and her friends are amazing group of kids...who encourage each other, and are Not fake. My daughter feels safe and so do I. She has developed a lot of character very nicely in this school, and loves the fact of helping others in need in our community or around the world as well...you will not go wronge in sending your child here.

This school is excellent in just about every way. The only aspect of it I did not like is having to make 'donations' to the school. I think once you have families having to make yearly donations as part of their contract, you create an atmosphere where you have different classes of families. Those families that can afford to give thousands and others that can only afford to make the minimum donation. And let me make this clear, the tuition is already quite expensive. Therefore you can't help but think: was that child a higher priority because his family donated a significant amount of money to the school?

Our family loves CHA. This school walks the walk and talks the talk. Biblical truths/perspectives are evident everywhere from the classroom to the sports field to the parent volunteer organization. Students are loved for who God designed them to be and challenged to grow in all ways that honor him. Teachers create classrooms full of interest, intrigue, and insightful lessons. My 3 kids thrive at this school. From playing sports to singing in musicals to volunteering in the community, CHA has become our 'school' home where amazing friendships have been made and academic experiences have been terrific. Our family has been so blessed by this school, the staff, and the families we now walk life with.

Christian Heritage Academy provides a nurturing, creative and biblically-based learning environment for preschool through eighth grade students. The challenging academic program prepares most students to enter area high schools in the honors track. Our children were very well prepared academically, socially, and spiritually for high school. Actually, they were surprised that they were so well prepared in science, math, writing, history, etc. that even the honors classes weren't that overwhelming for them. In high school and throughout college they've been even more grateful for their teachers' spiritual influence and investment. Another strength of CHA is in Fine Arts: students have presented Music Man, Pirates of Penzance, The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe, Le Miserables, etc. Great Band program too! CHA was designated a United States Blue Ribbon School of Excellence and ranked first in 2005 as 'Best Christian Workplace' in Christianity Today's national survey. Best investment we've ever made.

A fantastic school where you get excellence in education with a commitment to be Christian, not just in name. Our oldest daughter just graduated in 2004 after attending since kindergarten. She was so well equipped in her Christian faith to be able to live it out. Academically she was so well prepared that when we moved out of state for a Christian High School she was placed in honors classes. CHA doesn't just enroll students, they enroll families. Our family was blessed, but only in a huge way! A great foundation has been laid that we can continue to build on with the Lord's help.

We are attending Christian Heritage Academy (CHA) for Middle School. My Daughter loves the school. CHA offers rigorous academic standards taught in a creative manner. Each student is seen as an individual. The christian foundation has given my daughter a framework in order to make decisions in her life. I believe she will be much better prepared for high school after attending CHA for Middle school.

The teachers at CHA are great! They really invest themselves into knowing your child and partnering with the parent. My children have thrived in this loving atmosphere and have been challenged to think critically. They also have received a solid academic foundation and study skills that will carry them to high school and beyond. The education at CHA has definitely been a worthwhile investment!
