From personal experience over the past few years, they sure don't teach or enforce good sportsmanship !!!!

This school does not strive to achieve the best for their students. They strive to keep the teacher's with 'the right names' employeed. They are allowed to bully students, flunk them if they deem necessary even when a student has an A-B work. Administrators do nothing but make up excuses for their staff. A child may not be given the same opportunities for the same classes as another student because of 'the right' name issue. It's very sad there are no other options for a proper and equal education exception being 30 mins away.

I think that Okawville High School has some of the best students in the state. They don't have to worry about drugs, alcohol, or any other types of things that would distrupt the staff, students, and community. extracurricular activities are at their all time high. they might not have football, volleyball, soccer, or track, but this school is pretty much well rounded in about every way there is. music, wow, i don't know where i would be without it. I sang at the wheat fest here in town, and i won, and i'm going to state in Springfield, Illinois in January. The students here are the nicest and kindest I've ever met, and i am thankful that I moved here.
