I would not reccomend this school. Acadmically it is fine, but the atmoshpere is very controlling and negative. My child was sick to her stomach if she thought she made a mistake. Developmentally their ideas on curriculum are from 50 years ago; they need to get with the times and realize that children develop on a continuom. My child went there last year and it was a mistake.

Our eldest daughter graduated from Stone and has gone on to be a successful high school student. Our second daughter is flourishing at Stone. She has particpated in 'Speech Meet', 'Math Olympics', 'worship leader team', drama, and volleyball. It has been a fabulous experience for both of our girls!

Our daughter attends Stone Church Christian Academy and from day one she has been very happy; she immediately felt at ease with her teacher and classmates. The teachers are great. Overall this is a great school. For parents that need day care, this school offers also childcare for after school and for babies starting at 15 months.

I really value the wonderful family atmosphere at SCCA. The children are loved, supported and encouraged by the Principle and his dedicated staff members. I truly appreciate the teaching program taught, which is based on God s Word. This is very comforting knowing my children are getting the very best education available to them; a great investment for the future. An added bonus is the wide variety of extra curriculum activities, enabling our children to discover some of the God given talents He has installed in them. Basically, my children love school and I can understand why! SCCA would be a great blessing to every family. Parent of 6th Grader and Pre-Schooler

My child has attended SCCA for 3 years. Every teacher she has had has encouraged her in positive ways. The teachers of SCCA keep the children busy in educational and creative ways. The class sizes are large enough to insure good social skills; yet small enough for one on one time. The after school activities and child care also keep the education going. The children are always learning and enjoying themselves at the same time. I personally could not ask for anything better for my child. To the teachers of SCCA my hats off to you. Please continue doing the fantastic job you are doing with these children and may God bless you in every way possible. A pleased parent

My children attended this school. The school is academically satisfactory. The staff is ill informed with a negative atmosphere. The children are consistently reminded if their behavior is poor, however there is no positive reinforcement. I would not reccommend this school to anyone. It will stifle your child's individuality.
