I never attended this school, nor do I know anyone that did. What I DO know is that I have tried contacting the school administrator/principal of this school to inform parents to be mindful when dialing this school's phone number. The contact number to this school is 708-339-5300, which is very similar to y personal cell phone number. For at least 6 YEARS, I have had numerous phone calls from parents and students that get angry when I answer the phone. It isn't my fault that you were too lazy to read the phone number, and also too lazy to realize that if your child goes to that school, 9 times out of ten, you live within the 708 area code. But, the school has ignored my request to stress this to parents. IDIOTS!

This school was wonderful in my opinion. It had many activities to choose from. The teachers were good as well. One thing I loved about this school is the parent involvment and the way discipline is handled with children being sent to school and didn't know how to act because of the home enviroment. Many students get on this website and complain when they don't realize the many opprotunities given to them now! Also many of these student are the ones who cause the problem. So I say keep up the good work Coolidge!!!!!! -Lamarr Miller

I have been in the district for approximately 16years. I have my 3rd and final child attending Coolidge and I must admit it will give me great relief that I don't have any more children to attend Coolidge. There is still so much to be done to prepare our children for the next level.

Coolidge Middle School in my opinion has realy changed and is getting better. I just graduated from the school in June of 2007. I think we had great teachers. All the way from 6th - 8th in my opinion as being a student they have done realy well.

Coolidge Junior High School gives the appearance of having structure and admirable standards..from the outside. Inside however, it is totally chaotic. Test scores were not ready for high school application processing, resulting in a lot of students being denied the opportunity to test for entry into high ranking schools.
