As a parent, I am dissapointed with the supervisory and safety level by the faculty and staff of our students.
I am a student at plainfield east and i deffinatly love it . I remeber being in 8th grade last year and the teachers would warn us about how hard it would be becoming a freshman . But as i am coming to the end of my freshman year i've realized it was a piece of cake. In our school failure is NOT an option and teachers will do anything to see thier stdents passing each and every assignment . As the first year is coming to a hult , i can say we've accomplished and showed our selfs out being a new school. Sports were excellent as well as the numerous clubs we have going on . I love east and im looking forawrd to spending the next 3 yrs of my life there . =]
This school is the best school my child has been at due to the fact the teachers really care about my son learning the material. They don't give him a free pass, they make him do the work and learn the information. I had never heard of an academic detention before but it seems to have worked for my son. From the principal to the teachers this school works for my kid. I give it a 10 out of 10.
