We moved to Polo in April 2004. The staff at both the Polo Community High School and Applington Middle school were very accomodating and went out of thier way to make our kids feel welcome and work out schedules for them. I am very pleased with the education and choice of classes, including tech-ed classes. They offer a great sports program and kids are encouraged to be part of the team. My kids had a smooth transition and are pleased with the schools.

We just moved to the polo district and my son loves the polo school. He is currently in 8th grade this year. He told me he likes his teachers and they really spend the extra time to make sure he knows what he is suppose to do. Thank you Aplington teachers.
