I agree that Blythe is a great school. My child has blossomed there. The problem I have is that every parent is very 'clique'. They don't talk to outsiders. The principal Mr Chelboune is great very involved with the kids. The PTA could ask for more input.

Blythe is a great school! Due to the size of Blythe the PTA, teachers, principal, and children are on a wonderful academic slide upward. As parents and a PTA we provide such additional support to the outstanding teaching staff with cultural arts, parent involvement, fun nights, and academic enrichment. The scores prove the ability of our students and the overwhelming ability of our teachers. Congratulations!

My children love their school. It is a very warm and comfortable atmosphere with small class sizes, so the children get a lot of attention. The teachers are excellent. The Principal is really involved and is always in front of the school greeting the children as they arrive to school. The one area that needs improvement is the PTA. The PTA has the parents do a Halloween play for the school. It would be better if the play was done by the 5th graders, since it is their last year at elementary school. The PTA should have a suggestion box. The PTA should send all school activities voting home to all PTA members so that it is not 10 people making the decisions for the entire school. This way the working parents can help make suggestions and vote on activities that the PTA is organizing.
