Love this school! CICS Patriots has absolutely been a blessing to our family, my favorite thing is the communication between me and the teachers. In public schools my son was bored and he wasn't pushed to his potential, he started acting out because he already knew the material. Patriots has allowed him to grow and learn to his full potential, and he is doing great!

We are so glad we researched the charter schools in our community and chose the Patriots-CICS. They have a great support system for our son. We struggled with his behavior in his previous preschools and this school has done everything we hoped it would! They have been proactive with all of his teachers in finding the best ways for him to learn. This is also one of very few public schools that offer fine arts classes: Spanish, PE, music AND art. I would recommend this school to any children in the Rockford school system.

My son is a first grader there and is severely ADHD and the staff there is works with him at his own pace and he has been on the honer roll. Compared to his other school that did not understand him and wanted to kick him out of school, CICS works with the student and the parents together. Mrs. Lemcke is awesome also. :) If you have a child who is misunderstood at another school bring them here and get a better education.
