I went to Romeoville High , class of 78 and proceeded to send my 1st 3 children through there ... BIG mistake. My second 2 children will go just about anywhere but there but just compare the PSAE scores for a more unbiased "opinion"... Romeoville High: Reading = 52 Science = 41 Math = 38 Geneva High (or just about any school between Glen Ellyn and Geneva) Reading = 80 Science = 78 Math = 77 Speaks for itself... and don't even get me started on the village planning for the North side of town (or should i say lack of)...

Excellent School with multiple curricular activities. Great AP program with the choice to take honors in the classes you excel in. Really helps you grow where your talent lies and doesn't force you to be limited if you find one subject hard. I know multiple people who attended and have successful white collar jobs. Great School and teachers.

This school is horrible! My daughter has gone there for 2 years now. We just had an incident where a boy was sexually harrassing her physically, verbally as well as throught texting for a long time that just came to a head. He had smacked her on the butt in school the and another boy saw it and knocked him down. The boy in retaliation another day splashed waster in her face over it and she is in as much trouble as he is because she walked out of the room after it happened. She removed herself from the situation and is being punished for it as much as he is being punished for all he has done to her. The teacher needs her head checked and the administration needs to know what is going on and pick more qualified, sane teachers. Very disappointing when the victum is blamed and punished.

For the parent that says our band is the only thing going for us. How can you say that when in fact we have a great football team, baseball team, wrestling team, and ect. If you dont know the real facts on my school dont post false comments just because your kid is in band and no other sports. Also if you think parents dont get involved why dont you do something about and help the cause.

It is so sad to see the lack of parents involved at this school. There are maybe the same 5-6 parents at sporting events. Very sad for the kids.

I went to this school 25 years ago and now have my own children attending. Being a very involved parent, I believe the education that my children recieved is extremely poor and lacking in many areas. The band might be good but thats about it. If its academics you want don't expect it from this school!

No school can compare with the excellent marching band, concert band, choirs and drama departments at this school.
