St. Joseph School not only provides our daughter with an excellent education but, also gives my husband and I peace of mind while we're at work, that she is safe! St. Joseph School also provides our daughter with a nurturing family environment that is conducive to learning as well as, respecting others. It truly is a home away from home!
I love this school!! My son loves this school, and he would never leave. Way to go St.Joe's!!
This school is the best! What a great neighborhood and GREAT church community. It is the best kept secret in the northend! The teachers are outstanding, and there is an accelerated learning program along with Spanish, Music, Computers and PE. Counselors are available to students in need and sports include EVERYONE. Sometimes the northend gets the short end of the stick...but not here.
This is a great school with deep roots in the community. Classes are small and teachers are great. Parent involvement could be better, but there is ample opportunity. I think, as with most schools, there is a core group of people who are involved. The Accelerated Program is great.
I'm not Catholic, but my ex is and we originally settled on St. Joseph's as a compromise. After 3 years (K-2nd) I'm very glad we did. The teachers so far have just been outstanding! And parents are much more active than I've seen in public schools. All in all, I don't see how my daughter could possibly receive a better education anywhere else.
This school reminds me of the schools that i went to when I was a little kid. Small classrooms-that is the biggest bonus.
