Our Savior's has been hit and miss. There are great teachers and there are those who need to to find other work. The general atmosphere is friendly. The facilities are nice, but the academics largely depend on the quality of the teachers, so it is inconsistent. Overall a good school with much room to grow.
Our children attend Our Savior's Lutheran School. The Christian education is Christ centered and cross focused. The teachers have been specially trained to share the Holy Bible. This is a treasure that is so beneficial in a world where the truth of God's Holy Word is often forgotten.
I have had four children go all the way from PK3 to 8th grade at this school. They are incredibly prepared for high school and they learn about their Lord Jesus Christ on a daily basis. Choosing Our Savior's Lutheran School is one of the best parenting choices my husband and I have made.
Serving as the superintendent of Lutheran schools throughout Central Illinois, I have the opportunity to visit and become familiar with all the programs in my district. Our Savior's is an excellent school, offering a program that helps children grow physically, spiritually, academically, and socially. The track record of their graduates gives evidence of their success.
We have been with Our Savior's since our daughter started preschool at age 4. She is now in 8th grade. The principal is an asset to the school and the faculty is top-notch. I feel that our daughter received a high-quality academic education as well as a wonderful Christian education that nurished her faith in the Lord. Our Savior's also supports a special needs program that allows children with unique learning needs the chance to reach their own potential. I have recommended the school to many of my friends and associates.
Caring and qualified teachers, a hardworking principle and a Christ centered education provide a wonderful environment for our children.
This is our first year at Our Savior's and our family is incredibly pleased with the experience. My children love the school and have been made to feel very welcome there. I encourage anyone looking for a Christ-centered education for their children to visit Our Savior's.
Our family has been at Our Savior's for 11 years. We have three children attending school there and it has been a great experience. Our children are getting an excellent education while being nurtured by a staff which is professional, courtious, and dedicated to our kids. Our Savior's provides a quality education in a Christ centered environment which will positively impact their lives for years to come.
Our Savior's is a Christ-centered, strong academic, and family friendly school. It offers a well rounded education. My children have been enrolled since preschool. Both are excellent students and have a love for the Lord that radiates in everything they do. Teachers and staff are friendly and truly care about their students. We are so glad to be apart of this fantastic school
The school has an excellent Christian curriculum and great leadership. Families are made to feel welcome and accepted. We are very pleased to be a part of Our Savior's Lutheran School. I don't feel the one star review person was involved in the school.
