Glenwood, Illinois schools are average, most of the teachers are great but the schools in this district fail to meet the requirements set forth by 'No Child Left Behind Act'. Because of this, during the 2006-2007 school year the main focus was on passing the state test instead of teaching the students the fundamentals necessary to succeed. I feel that if you teach the fundamentals, passing tests will follow.
