Just entered this school late last year... so far so good i hope everything stays the same... we had a good first impression! ;)

North Elementary is a great! The principal is super. My granddaughter, in Mrs Altman's class, loves it. She has learned so much from the P.R.E.P program and now kindergarten. I am amazed at the reading level at this age. My only concern has been the need to rush lunch (and I do understand the lack of time); however, it would be nice if it were a more relaxing non-gobbling social time. When I attended grade school (eh, 50 yrs ago), meals were made from scratch and we were able to enjoy them with conversation as a family. (This is no reflection on the cooks. They do the best possible with what they are given. Much of it seems to be no more than a fast food.) Now at evening meals the kids see it as something to 'get through' as quickly as possible. Bad habits are being formed. Help?

Great school i have 2 children there. They love the school they love the principal she is great. I give them an A+++++.
