All 3 of my children went to Villa Grove K-12. It is a great place to live and the community is what makes the school work. The school started to decline about 4 years ago when there was a big change in administration. The students are not prepared in most areas of learning for life after high school. The new teachers and administrators seem more concerned with tenure than the students future.
i'm a student at Villa Grove High school and it is a lot of fun.. we learn a lot and the teachers are great!!!
The school administration needs to be improved. As well as the quality of the school (cleanliness of student appearance)
My daughter has thrived at this school! Coming from a large city, this is a blessing for my child. She has been able to do anything she wishes and excell at it. Does not have to worry about all the major competition at the large schools. Being a big kid, she would not have gotten to try or do alot of what she has tried and done here at Villa Grove. I highly recommend this school for anyone with a wish to see their student succeed. Great school!
