My son went four years to Albright Middle School. I cannot complain about any of the academic standards. Some people try to blame the school for child's short comings. Mathematics is just hard for some students and easy for others.

I am a student here at Albright Middle school, and it's more than what I could ask for. The teachers are to generous. Some (6th grade math teacher) should be fired. But besides that, it's a really awesome place. There are tons of different year round athletic teams! And after school clubs that are a lot of fun. It's a very nice place to be. Lot's of fun. Lot's of testing, though. :/

I was a student at Albright Middle school, and as the review below states, i was very dissatisfied. THIS SCHOOL NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN! IT IS SUCH A CLOSED COMMUNITY THAT NEWCOMERS ARE TREATED LIKE SCUM! I'M REALLY BEHIND IN MATH AND SCIENCE THANKS TO ALBRIGHT. SO CURSE YOU ALBRIGHT!

Two of my children attended this school, and we were very dissatisfied with their experience. The administration puts way too much emphasis on social events like dances, and very little support for academic events or clubs. Bullying was rampant also, and the admin had no clear vision on ways to combat it. Don't let the small class size fool you into thinking the education will be of quality. There are a few excellent teachers, and some others (Math) who should be asked to retire.

This school has terrible communication with the parents. The teachers rely on an internet based reporting system and there is no request for parent involvement except for pta fundraising events. So far, I'm not happy with this school, sports are heavily promoted with little else available for afterschool clubs or activities.

Wonderful place for your student. Small and personal. Faculty and parents truly partners in education - especially 7th & 8th grade when it's easy to lose a student. Your child will never be a number here.
