I attend this school. Now my child does. The staff is caring and compassionate. They don't tolerate bullying! I am very pleased with the education my child is receiving.

I feel if our kids cannot get along with teachers then it's our responsibility as parents to teach them how. We can't just up and move our child to a different room/teacher just to make our child happy...what is this telling our child? It's sending our kids the wrong message especially in place & setting where we need to teach them how to get along & play well with others.

Many, Many changes to a wonderful school...some good & some ok. Central has new admin and many new students to area, a huge growth! Some of us weren't ready for a change and were comfortable with our teachers & principal who were there for 40 years. Many rules for the primary school BUT, it's only for their safety & protection, as the students are still so young. They need the rules & regulations to keep our children safe. Same goes for the bus route & bus drivers. I don't or wouldn't want my child dropped off at stop the driver thought they should drop the child off at by confussion of how many stops or busses the child might have in a week. Think how many parents ask to have this done, it's not just one or two! Safety! I think our new principals are both doing a great job!

This school has more ridiculous rules and procedures than any other school I have ever heard of. The leadership lacks consistency and I have been told by DOZENS of other parents how disappointed they are with the teachers. We had to move my child from one class where the teacher was treating her unfairly and move her into a class with a different teacher. I am moving this summer ONLY to move from this school district if that gives you an idea of how disgusted I am with it. My advice? If you want to live in Washington try to locate yourself in the Lincoln School District-my kids went there previously and we miss it.

I have been very pleased with this school and the opportunities that it offers my children! The teachers are superb and will help challenge your child! I have the highest regard for the staff at this school.
