I hated this school! I lived in Watseka for 15 years and went K-12. High school was the worst! I was bullied for my beliefs and I was made fun of by teachers for not learning as quickly as other students. One of my teachers (I won't name names) actually told my mom that it would be a waste of time and money for me to attend college and that I should go straight to a TRADE SCHOOL! What kind of teacher SAYS that??? One who is invincible to getting fired that's who. And if you weren't one of the kids who had "Old Money" in the town, good luck with being noticed in sports and other activities. It's all about nepotism in that school and the town!

This school may not be the best school, but it is better than most in the area. Extracurricular activities include: Science club, Kappa club, FFA organization, Scholastic Bowl, Key club, Tennis, Volleyball, Baseball, and Football. Most teachers get to school early to help any students that need help. On Wednesdays, classes end at 2:30 instead of 3:06. the 36 min. left is to help any student who's falling behind. The students are diverse, and usually stay in their own groups, but are friendly to all.

this school isn't half bad. even though i came from a bigger school district with about 2,000 students in the high school, this school is much smaller. but sometimes smaller is better. it's easier to get around, and the people here are much nicer than the people in Bourbonnais. the teachers actually care to help you, and the students are very welcoming. (:

this school was awful. i went to this school for one year, however was in the overall watseka school system for the entire time up to that point and i will say the previous schools were not so much better. it was that bad. teachers are not knowledgeable about their subject at all. If you are a student who has any brains at all, you will probably have to teach yourself. Administration runs the school pretty much like a prison. also if you dont play sports (even though their sports teams are terrible). you pretty much will be treated terribly by both students and faculty alike. oh and for extracurricular activities, if you dont play sports, well guess what, they do not have any clubs or anything like that for you to join. this school is a terrible school and does a terrible job at preparing students for their future

I am a sophomore at this school and this school is great. A lot of the teachers are willing to take time to help you with things that you may not understand
