My daughters recently graduated from WCS. They received an excellent education both spiritually and academically. The teachers and principal are loving individuals who truly care about the children. We will cherish the gifts we received at this school forever.

After sending our son to a much larger private Christian school where he was lost in the mix, we found the smaller class size at Woodstock Christian School to be a huge benefit. Our son receives individualized instruction and is very challenged academically and spiritually. The teachers at this non-denominational Christian school are very experienced and well educated. Even with the small class sizes, the tuition is very reasonable and is typically less than the comparable schools in the area. If you are looking for a school that will challenge you child and teach them in a loving way, this is the school for you.

This school is great. Other schools may have more 'stuff', but the holy spirit is truly at this school

I love my job teaching at WCS. Our principal and teachers work as a team to help each child and support each other with prayer. Our parents are a teacher's dream! They back us up at home and encourage us in every way possible. Because WCS does such a good job of educating the child spiritually, intellectually, physically, and morally I am paying to send three of my grandchildren here. I wish you could see the wonder and awe on each child's face as we open the year with the story of creation and the words 'In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.'

I have three children currently enrolled at WCS. Before our family decision to join the WCS family my kids attended public school and a large private school, as well as, participated in homeschooling. By far, we are all pleased with WCS. It offers the up to date technology and curriculum of public education, the academic excellence and moral education of private schools, and family centeredness and individual attention of homeschooling. WCS is a hidden gem worth seeking out.

I have taught at WCS for over 6 years and have seen the dedication to the students and God continue to grow and grow!! At one point I substitute taught here. As I came in to the classroom, I was amazed at the confidence that the students exhibited. The support that they gave each other and me, was an indicator of what was being modeled to them from the teachers. Now as a regular teacher, I look at, not only the superb qualifications and experience of each of our teachers, but also the love that they have for the children that God has given us to teach. I am continually impressed that we have the best principal and staff!

I have been an educator for over 20 years and have been very pleased the commitment of this school to academic excellence. The small class size allows me to work more individually with the students in order to see the greatest level of success possible. I have seen the parents, teachers and students work together to create a wonderful environment for both academic and spiritual growth.

I have taught at Woodstock Christian school for over 15 years. During that time I went to a larger school, but returned for the close relationships with parents, students and fellow teachers. The academic program is excellent, easily equalling that offered by a larger academy. The culture of the school is geared toward the success of each student. what more could a teacher desire?

Academically this school far exceeded my expectations! The communication between parent, administration and student goes above and beyond the norm. Any student who attends this school will receive a superb foundation both academically and spiritually!

I have two children at WCS and they are both doing extremely well. They are both very different children and the school has been a perfect fit for both. I have complete faith that my girls will be prepared spiritually, academically, and socially, for the world that awaits them. I love it...It's worth it!

My child is currently enrolled at WCS and I am absolutely thrilled with the 'fit' for all of us. She is exactly where she needs to be in terms of support and faith and education. She comes home every day tired, but very happy! I know she's being challenged in a very supportive environment. This school is exactly what this family needed! We are so grateful to have found it!

My child recieved a wonderful education at WCS we went on to the local private High School and excelled in all the honors courses due to the stringent academic standards at WCS. My child was in the 99 percentile and rated at a post high school level while attending WCS, Abeka is a great curriculum and teachers at WCS used it as a springboard to enhance the student's educational expirience at WCS and in the community at large. WCS offers a great oppurtunity for it's students to grow in Christ and have a deeper more meaningful relationship with the Lord. Although there is a school handbook the Bible is the definative handbook at WCS.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
