There is nothing but a great principal for a good school.A principal brings confidence in student as well as in the parents.Which can take the school in the higher level.

Extremely important. In a great school the pincipal has solid leadership with tact - she sets the tone and academic priorities. Great pinciple = great school. Lousy principle = horror show. I have experienced both.

It's very important if they are there to protect your child from being bullied but when a parent has been to the school twice and nothing was done and it continued, we need a principal that will do something about the bullies instead of a warning.

The principal sets the tone and balances the needs of families and teachers. A school can be good with a mediocre principal, but it can be FANTASTIC with a great principal.

The Principal is the captain of the ship who should be up-front with a vision and strategies for achieving all targets in established plans for the school. He should be focussed and direction oriented working in a team of other teachers.

Very important -- they inspire the teachers, set the tone for the school administration, help organize the parents. They can make all the difference in the world for the kids and the effectiveness of the teachers.

The principal sets the tone for the students and teachers. He or she sets the standard of communication among parents with teachers. A school needs leadership to direct its course with a good principal at the head.

just like America needs a good, qualified president a high school needs a good, qualified principal. No high school needs a principal that has no sense of direction or vision.

My experience has been no different with what I view as a "great" principal vs. a "not great" principal. The better school experiences have been when the philosphy is in line with my parenting style.

It is so important that your child has an amazing principal. If the principal is invested and committed to your children. You can guarantee that your child's education and well being at school is top priority.A great principal determines a great school
