School ISTEP scores have declined significantly in the last several years. Curriculum at this school is weak.
My son had attended K- 4th grade at this very well kept and organized school. The staff, from principal to teachers, were always ready to help and direct every student in the right direction with any problem or challenge they might have encountered. Every teacher was very involved with keeping me, as a parent, informed of my son's shortfalls to his excellent grade he received on a test he might of struggled with in the beginning. They were always striving for every child to do their 'personal best'!!! I can say that Frontier Elementary is one of the best schools at maintaining academics and parent support. The staff and community is in unity about their childen's education.
