If first have to disclose that my wife is the Bethesda admissions director. However, we are only at Bethesda because it's such a great, God honoring school. Although academics are top notch, dedication to Jesus is always the primary concern. For example, I've heard coaches at Bethesda say "we do not use Christianity to build better athletes, we're using athletics to build better Christians". Character is the trophy most sought. I think this attitude permeates Bethesda.

We chose to move our son to Bethesda this year and are thankful we did! It has been a positive change for our son and his teacher as well as the principal truly care whether he learns or not. They are making extra time to be sure he gets all that he needs and learns what he should. The past three years at our prior school had become increasingly negative and no one seemed to care much whether our son did well or not. The environment was less than desirable and not where we wanted our son to be. Bethesda is truly a fresh breath of air and my husband and I both feel blessed to have him at Bethesda! We praise God for leading us here. Our son's attitude towards school is positive and he actually likes going to school again! We have a little catching up to do to get him back where he needs to be, and with Bethesda on our side, we know we will get there. We truly appreciate the friendly staff, his teacher's support and the principal's guidance!

My daughter is in 2nd grade & has gone to Bethesda Christian Schools since P4. Each teacher she's had at Bethesda has shown genuine love toward her (I'm not sure she would receive that at public school). It's important in our family to teach our children how to apply biblical principles in everyday situations. The Bible teaching and academic curriculum at BCS does just that. I'm thankful that Bethesda Christian Schools reinforce what we're teaching at home! From learning how to work in small groups academically, to resolving conflict in a biblical way, to outstanding reading comprehension - Bethesda Christian Schools is the only choice for our family!

Bethesda Christian School (BCS) has not only caring teachers and staff but the children care about one another as well. Christ is evident in the environment of this school. Our oldest child graduated from BCS and is now in college. She is doing well academically, spiritually, socially, and emotionally. All things a parent prays for their children. BCS helped build that base into her life. Our youngest is still at BCS and is thriving too! Is our school perfect? No, we are imperfect people who realize we need Christ!

We are very blessed that we made this change. my daughter (G) has blossomed as a person and as a student. G has spread her wings so to speak and is UNDERSTANDING what education means She enjoys learning. I think she has found a talent she never would have found in a public school and that is writing. She loves to write stories. G was headed down wrong path socially now that is turned around. I would strongly suggest Bethesda as a school for your child.

I have a freshman and a 3rd grader who have been at Bethesda since they were 3 years old. They have built relationships that will last a lifetime and are encouraged daily to build and maintain their most important relationship, the one they have with Jesus Christ. They are taught and nurtured by caring, competent faculty members who genuinely love our kids and want to be there. The recent addition of the hot lunch program is a huge blessing and enjoyed by many of the students and faculty every day.

I graduated from this school in 2008 and I'm glad to have been able to go to this school, they have some of the best teachers ever and I am planing on sending my son here when he is old enough. Bethesda baptist church and christian school will always be a part of my life and my family's life
Bethesda is the best value in Christian education on the west side of Indianapolis. The emphasis is on nurturing future leaders and influencers through an education built on excellence. I switched from public school to Bethesda.

incredible display of academic excellence next to character development. It is obvious that the teachers care deeply about the students and desire to see growth in every aspect of their students' lives

My children have been attending Bethesda for the last 7 years and we have been very pleased. The academics and the teacher involvement with the students are beyond compare. I love how much the teachers truly care about each student. The school strives to maintain a nice assortment of extra activities for the students as well with sports, band, choir and various clubs for the students to choose from.

My children have gone to Bethesda for the last 3 years and we have been so thankful for their dedication to the children. We have had some major issues with our children that we adopted 4 years ago and the faculty and the administration has been wonderful to work with. The children are involved in sports and band. We are very thankful for the Godly environment in which the children spend their day.

My daughter is in 2nd grade this year and I see continuous improvement in her academic knowledge. I was so impressed that she was reading by Christmas in her Kindergarten year. My daughter has Art, music, gym, library, and chapel once a week. Sports are not greatly emphasized in the first few years but they do offer basic workshops. I always get a call or an E-mail returned within a day or two to any question or concern. The teachers and staff are very responsive to parents and want to partner with you so that your child reaches there potential according to God's will. Parent involvement is high and even though we come from many back grounds we are focused on one goal - Helping the children reach for God's potential for their life.

My daughters have been attending Bethesda Christian schools now for the past 14 years. The teachers are great, committed, and seek to make a difference in their students lives. I am proud of what my daughters have become, and Bethesda Christian has helped to play a big part in this, reinforcing what we believe and teach at home.
