I have went to Maconaquah since K-11. Personally I have wanted to get out since as long as I can remember. Finally this coming school year my mother is thinking about letting me go to Peru High School. I'm really excited. I'm at the point with Maconaquah right now that it feels like if I don't get away soon I will just be trapped. Some of the staff doesn't care about the future of the students and I feel like I am in prison here. I don't recommend it to anyone unless your under a specific clique that you know that you can survive at a school that frowns upon the differences of people.

Please this school is aweful the principal is more about keeping the age old battle of popular vs not popular alive and kicking . Has a tendancy to blow off parent concerns and questions . Also has a problem supporting anything but football and basketball . When my next child is ready for high school I think I will pay the tuition for another school rather than dealing with this principal .

Average at best. Does not prepare students for higher learning. My children were always on honor roll, but in college they found that this school did not teach basics that other students came with.

Great program for 'gifted' students, good test scores, wonderful facility, great administration.

I will absoultly send my children to this school its small and that means more student teacher interaction, and that really means alot to a student to know that they are a person and not just another student to a teacher.

All of my cildren passed through the Maconaqah school system 1970-1982. I have a high reguard for the system and what it stands for. It has done well, and by what I am seeing it contnues to show growth.
