We have wonderful teachers
I am a parent of a special needs daughter who has attended Mill Creek East. I must say that they have done a great job with communicating with us as parents and working to find better ways to serve our daughter. We have come across some not so good educators but the Principal was also very aware for the need to change some things and has done so. We have been pleased so far and have done some complaining and haven't seen any negative effect from doing so. Generally, the staff wants what is best for the children and work to improve daily.
This school has many teachers who are dedicated and I love them all for that.
My children have went to this school there entire lives. One thing I have learned about this school is that if you have a problem (do not complain) It will follow your children for the remainder of thier school years. To most of the teachers, this is just a job. Those teachers need to retire and make room for those teachers that want to teach. Needless to say it is so bad that we have decided to move away from this school district all together.
