This school is not perfect but the staff is very caring and concerned about their students, both academically and personally. I have a child with adhd and the teacher was the one that suggested we have him tested. We had no iep in place but advised the teachers at the beginning of each school year of our child's strengths and weaknesses and had a good working relationship with the school. The CLASS program that they use helps the kids understand what is expected of them and how to succeed. We have had 3 children at this school and would recommend it to anyone looking at moving to this area.
If your the parent of a gifted child, the school is great. If you are the parent of an adhd child, plan to get an iep or 504, or get no cooperation.
