My son and I are very happy with Ms. Eichmiller. She is an excellent language arts teacher. My son had major problems with self concept and he didn't do well in school. Ms. Eichmiller has been a great help supporting and encouraging him. He now a confident young man and is doing well in school. My older son has been blessed to have Mr. Eichmiller at the high school and Mr. Eichmiller is an excellent Algebra teacher. Thank you South Harrison for having the insight to hire such good teachers.
There are too many students in most of the classrooms. There are as many as 30 students in each 5th grade classroom. They have some empty classrooms and will not hire more teachers. This is not fair to the teachers or the students. There is no way the teachers can give the students the help they need.
This school is very friendly and enjoyable. I have learned a lot and plan to learn much more.
I'm a student at CIS, and its a great school to go to. They give you healthy lunches. The teachers are fantasic here.
