I'm a student at FMS. We have several outstanding teachers, but several really lousy ones too. Our test scores are really kind of lacking, but that's just because about 75% of the kids don't care about their work. It's obnoxious, really, to those of us who choose to take our education seriously. No teacher can make a student try unless the student wants to try, and most of the students here just don't want to. If you come in, though, with a good attitude and willing to apply yourself, you can thrive.

im a student at FMS. our school has a lot of thing to get active in, like office workers, library worker, honors art, stutdent council, spell bowl team, the hot dog herald(newspaper staff) and so much more. it made be scary at the begging but after a few weeks you'll make great friends and meet a lot of people that are very helpful in a lot of thing. FMS has 7 classes per day and lunch.the staff at fms are great people their very helpful. during your year at frankfort middle school are great years. i know i did i'll see my friends in the 8th grade:).

I am a student at this school and I must agree with the rest of you, however I must also disagree to some point. As my middle school days are winding to an end I have com to find that, yes, there is a very strict discipline policy and for that I am very grateful. There are also some really wonderful teachers there and I wish to thank them all for all of the support they have given me to succeed

Hello, I just wanted to let whoever reads this, there are a lot of understanding teachers at this school. Marta Stuard, Jo McKinzie, and Linda Swick has helped my boys throughout their Middle School experience. Thank You ladies for all your understanding and help. I know there are more great teachers here, I am sorry for not mentioning all of you! Thanks, Have A Great Year!

The school has three levels of math basic, academic, and challenge. I thought this was a really good way to get the kids to be at there levels and not let other students slow them down. This school has a very good choir, band, and orchestra program letting them go to competitions. They really have a 0 tolerance policy on messing around a trouble makers. It still has its Facs and I.T. programs unlike some schools. It has a great sports program but my child thinks they put to much effort into it and not enough in others and I have to agree. There is some rough stuff there but like I said they do have a good policy on trouble makers. Overall this is a nice school its around 5 years old so it has newer stuff for students to work with.
